Intiveo has launched the Intiveo Command Center, a real-time operational system designed to help dental practices manage patient interactions and day-to-day workflows across staff members, locations, and referral partners.
The Command Center is intended to support consistency throughout the patient journey by integrating patient engagement, practice operations, and referral continuity. The platform provides dental teams with a centralized view of tasks requiring attention and uses practice data to identify and assign operational priorities.

Command Center makes it possible for dental practices to turn ‘consistent care’ from an aspiration into reality, and turn practice insights into action,” said Josh DeVries, CEO and co-founder of Intiveo.
Rather than relying solely on retrospective performance reports, the Command Center identifies operational issues as they occur. Unconfirmed appointments, incomplete forms, undeliverable reminders, and unanswered messages can be converted into actionable goals, assigned to an individual or team, and documented with a time-stamped record.
“Since we have moved to using the Command Center, it’s very uncommon for us to have a literal no-show,” said Dena Rathbun the Senior Manager of Operations at USOSM Alamo.
The Command Center organizes practice workflows around four areas: appointment readiness, schedule utilization, new-patient scheduling, and follow-up communications. The system can identify outstanding confirmations and forms, as well as undeliverable reminders, before scheduled appointments. It also flags recall and waitlist patients who may be available to fill openings.
For new-patient management, the system surfaces incoming referrals and appointment requests for follow-up. Unanswered text messages and missed calls are also identified so staff members can address outstanding patient communications.
