Ameritas and Intelibly have announced they are working together to turn the Ameritas provider directory into a direct new-patient acquisition channel for dental practices. Intelibly’s “Book Now” button will be embedded within the directory, allowing Ameritas members to find an in-network provider and request or schedule an appointment in a single click, without leaving the Ameritas website or picking up the phone. For providers, that means patients who are already covered and already searching for care can go from a directory listing to a booked appointment more quickly.
Dental practices that participate can benefit in a simple way. When Ameritas members compare providers in the directory, a practice with a live “Book Now” button can turn more searches into scheduled appointments. For Ameritas, this gives a clearer view of how the provider directory connects members with in-network dental practices, helping support a strong provider network and making it easier for members to find and book care. Members no longer need to be redirected to a separate site or call a provider office to secure an appointment.
Intelibly’s platform creates real-time, direct connectivity between patients and providers through trusted partners. When a provider in the Ameritas network has an Intelibly account, the “Book Now” button auto-populates on the Ameritas provider directory, enabling appointment requests and scheduling directly from the directory.
The initiative is built to create value for all participants in the care journey. For providers and DSOs, this means a steady stream of new, in-network patients with zero ad spend, captured directly from the directory and converted through one-click booking, with no change to how the practice already operates. For members, it means a faster, frictionless path to care, finding an in-network dentist, and booking on the spot.
