Darby has announced that Allison Alexander, Vice President, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Women in DSO®, an organization dedicated to advancing leadership and professional development within the dental support organization (DSO) sector.
Alexander brings strategic and operational experience from her leadership role at Darby, as well as from her work as President of Figment Creative, a boutique marketing consultancy specializing in brand strategy and growth marketing. Her appointment reflects ongoing engagement in leadership development initiatives across the dental and DSO landscape.
Women in DSO® also announced the appointments of Guillaume Daniellot, Chief Executive Officer of Straumann Group, and Nicola Deall, Chief People Officer of Dentalcorp. The additions expand the Board’s executive representation as the organization continues to broaden its programming and industry engagement.
Alexander has previously held several leadership roles within Women in DSO®, including co-chairing the Mentorship and Wellness Committees and most recently serving as Chair of the Professional Development Committee.
