GoTu Technology announced a partnership with SoFi at Work intended to provide financial well-being resources to dental professionals who use the GoTu platform. According to the company, the collaboration brings SoFi at Work tools directly into the GoTu ecosystem for eligible users.
The partnership allows participating professionals to access financial support designed to help with debt management, long-term stability, and personal and career planning, according to the company.
“At GoTu, we're committed to supporting professionals not only in their careers but in their overall wellbeing,” said Edward Thomas, co-founder and co-ceo of GoTu. “Partnering with SoFi at Work allows us to provide meaningful financial resources that help our professionals reduce debt, plan for the future, and thrive both personally and professionally.”
According to the company, all benefits are delivered through a secure SoFi at Work portal that is accessible within the GoTu platform and available exclusively in-app to GoTu professionals. The offering includes student loan refinancing discounts or cash welcome bonuses; possible lower-rate personal loans compared to standard market rates; and financial literacy tools and educational resources.
Cary Gahm, co-founder and co-CEO of GoTu, said the integration responds to changing expectations among dental professionals. “Financial wellness has become an essential expectation for today's workforce — not an optional perk. By integrating SoFi at Work's resources directly into the GoTu platform, we're giving dental professionals the tools to feel confident, supported, and empowered in both their careers and personal lives.”
From SoFi at Work, the company described the partnership as part of its broader mission. “Our collaboration with GoTu represents an important step forward in SoFi's mission to help people achieve financial independence to reach their ambitions,” said Sarah McLemore, senior director, business lead for SoFi at Work. “By integrating our financial wellness tools directly into the GoTu platform, we're empowering dental professionals across the country to take charge of their finances, reduce stress, and build stronger financial futures.”
The announcement follows GoTu’s recent $45 million growth investment aimed at modernizing dental staffing. Since its founding, GoTu has filled more than 500,000 dental shifts across 44 states and Washington, D.C., connecting dental offices with registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, and associate dentists seeking short-term and permanent positions, according to the company.
SoFi at Work is positioned by its parent company as a financial wellness platform for employers, offering tools that include loans, savings options, and planning resources. More information is available at www.gotu.com, www.sofi.com, and www.sofi.com/sofi-at-work/.
