America’s ToothFairy reported results from its 2025 fiscal year showing expanded education efforts and increased access to dental care for underserved children. The organization stated that programs it supported reached more than 1.4 million children and caregivers with oral health education and preventive services during the year.
According to the association, its Dental Resource Program supported safety-net dental clinics that provided clinical services and oral health education to 310,114 children and 105,780 parents and caregivers. The organization reported this represented a 42 percent increase compared with prior year averages. The clinics deliver preventive and restorative care to children who might otherwise lack access to treatment, according to the association.
America’s ToothFairy also reported that its educational initiatives reached more than 1 million children and caregivers through national campaigns, classroom resources, and oral health kits. According to the association, since 2020 more than 2.8 million people have accessed oral health information through its free online resources.
“Every toothbrush, every lesson, and every act of generosity makes a lasting impact,” said Jill Malmgren, executive director of America’s ToothFairy. “We’re deeply grateful to the partners who make this work possible and to the clinics and educators who bring healthy smiles to life in their communities.”
According to the association, support for its programs and operations during the year included contributions from corporate underwriters Septodont, Align Technology, TSC EcoSolutions, and Solventum. The organization stated that this support helped cover operational expenses and provided resources for education, prevention, and treatment programs serving children across the United States.
As it prepares to mark its 20th anniversary in 2026, America’s ToothFairy stated that it is renewing its commitment to reducing gaps in oral health access for children regardless of circumstances.
