Ormco Corporation has announced the launch of a new visual workflow tool for its Spark™ clear aligner system called StageRx™, according to an August 21, 2025, press release from the company. The new tool, which is designed to not only improve clinical communication but also bring more efficiency to doctors’ workflows, enhances treatment accuracy through standardized and modular protocols.

Among other key features and benefits, Spark StageRx standardizes communication with designers in a non-textual format. Indeed, the company notes that 84% of doctors agree that StageRx has improved communication with treatment designers. In addition, StageRx allows doctors to visualize their setups with an easy drag and drop staging workspace, and the protocol library provides select Spark standard and expert protocols as well as doctors’ own creations for easy access and reuse.
