RipeGlobal, a provider of cloud-based, hands-on dental education, has announced the launch of its services in the United States. The organization, which has operated in over 35 countries and engaged more than 10,000 dental professionals, offers simulation-based clinical training aimed at skill development and continued professional growth. In the US, its offerings will be made available to dental support organizations (DSOs), group practices, and private practices.
As part of its entry into the US market, RipeGlobal has named Dr. Roshan Parikh as Chief Revenue Officer. Dr. Parikh has experience in dental practice management and will be involved in developing strategic partnerships throughout North America. In addition, he has initiated the formation of a Global Advisory Committee that includes professionals from across the dental field. Brian Colao, an attorney with expertise in US DSO legal matters, will lead the committee. Dr. Farzeela Rupani, Chief Medical Officer of Colosseum Dental in Europe, will serve as an inaugural member.
“After 5 years of transforming thousands of dental careers worldwide, the time is right to bring RipeGlobal’s model to the US,” said Dr. Lincoln Harris, Founder and CEO of RipeGlobal. “Our platform doesn’t just teach skills—it fosters a community of excellence, growth, and lifelong learning. We are excited to help American dentists unlock new levels of clinical mastery.”
RipeGlobal’s educational approach involves the use of hands-on simulation kits shipped to participants, allowing them to practice procedures within their own clinical settings. Its model includes contributions from over 80 educators around the world and supports a continuous online learning environment.
The new Global Advisory Committee will offer input on curriculum development, strategic planning, and organizational partnerships.
“RipeGlobal is precisely what the industry needs right now—high-quality, accessible, and practical education at scale,” said Colao. “I’m honored to support their mission to transform dental associate training in the US and beyond.”
“RipeGlobal’s ability to deliver standardized, high-caliber training globally is a game-changer,” added Dr. Rupani. “I look forward to helping elevate care standards and professional development across borders.”
Programs being introduced as part of the US launch include the Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry, Fellowship in Modern Implantology, Fellowship in Modern Aligners, and the Dental Associate PowerUp Program (DAPPr), which is intended for DSOs and group practices. Additional educational tools and programs specific to US clinicians are planned.
RipeGlobal’s platform includes: contributions from over 80 global dental educators, an online learning community with more than 10,000 participants, access to educational content at all hours, and reported improvements in clinical outcomes and practitioner confidence across various practice types.
