At the International Dental Show (IDS 2025), Imagoworks will showcase its AI-driven digital workflow solution, Dentbird Solutions, highlighting its expanded capabilities for dental technicians and labs. Under the theme "Less for More," the company aims to demonstrate how AI automation can enhance efficiency while reducing costs and labor in dental prosthesis design and manufacturing.
Dentbird Solutions, known for its AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) model, now supports single crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays. Two key offerings—Dentbird Crown and Dentbird Batch—will be the focus at IDS 2025:
- Dentbird Crown is a cloud-based web CAD solution that automates crown design. Users can generate prostheses in 1 to 2 minutes, with AI identifying abutments and completing designs for review and adjustment. The software integrates with Dentbird Milling for seamless production.
- Dentbird Batch is a tool designed for high-volume dental labs that allows for bulk processing of oral scan data, enabling AI to design crowns for dozens of cases simultaneously. It supports fully automated, overnight operations, reducing manual workload and increasing output.
Dentbird Solutions integrates with leading dental platforms, including Medit Link and Shining 3D Dental Cloud. The Dentbird Linker tool connects AI-designed restorations directly to CAM and slicing software, streamlining the transition from scan to production.
Imagoworks is expanding its reach in North America through its US subsidiary, AOX, which will focus on AI-powered All-on-X and digital denture production. By leveraging AI for full-arch rehabilitation and prosthetic design, the company aims to enhance digital workflows for US dental labs and clinics.
“AI has become integral to our daily lives. It’s time for dental clinics and laboratories to fully embrace AI-powered digital workflows, marking a new era in dentistry,” stated Youngjun Kim, CEO of Imagoworks.
